4. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

We take care to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Product colours and textures may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings and lighting.
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.
  • In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to offer an alternative, a store credit, or a full refund.

5. PRICING

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
  • Promotional pricing is valid only for the stated period and cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly should this occur.

6. ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • EFT / Direct bank transfer
  • Instant EFT via approved payment gateways
  • Other methods as listed at checkout

All payments are processed securely. Royal Beauty Atelier does not store your full card details. If payment is not received or is declined, your order will not be processed.

7. DELIVERY

  • We deliver across South Africa. International shipping availability will be indicated at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Royal Beauty Atelier is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and ownership of products passes to you upon delivery.
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read it in full before making a purchase.
