Refund and Returns Policy

ROYAL BEAUTY ATELIER Return, Exchange & Refund Policy Effective Date: 1 June 2026

At Royal Beauty Atelier, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we offer. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you through a seamless return or exchange process.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase or delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.
  • Items must not be damaged due to misuse, tampering, or improper handling.
  • Personalised, monogrammed, or custom-formulated products are not eligible for return.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following product categories are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened skincare, haircare, or body care products.
  • Fragrances and perfumes once the seal has been broken.
  • Nail care and lip products (opened or used).
  • Gift sets that have been partially used or items removed.
  • Sale items, promotional bundles, or products purchased with discount codes exceeding 25%.
  • Digital products, e-vouchers, and loyalty credits.

We reserve the right to decline a return if any of the above conditions are not met.

3. RETURN PROCESS

Step 1 — Initiate Your Return Contact our Client Care team within 30 days of receiving your order:

Step 2 — Receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) Our team will review your request within 2 business days and issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Returns submitted without a valid RAN will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their own cost.

Step 3 — Pack & Send Securely repack the item(s) in their original packaging and clearly mark your RAN on the outside of the parcel. Our team will advise on the preferred return method upon approval.

4. EXCHANGES

We are happy to facilitate exchanges for a different shade, size, or variant of the same product, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase.

If the replacement item is of a higher value, the price difference will be charged. If of a lower value, a store credit will be issued for the balance.

5. REFUNDS

Approved Refunds Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method: 5 – 10 business days
  • EFT / Bank Transfer: 7 – 14 business days

Partial Refunds A partial refund may be granted for items returned with minor signs of use, missing outer packaging, or returned between 31 – 45 days, at management’s discretion.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Courier or return shipping costs are for the customer’s account unless the error is ours.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer:

  • A full replacement (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Store credit to the value of your purchase.

7. GIFTS & GIFT PURCHASES

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return or exchange it, please contact our team directly. Gift returns qualify for store credit only. The original purchaser will not be notified.
